1. Our Service

NoHunch provides AI-powered sports analytics, matchup trends, and predictive insights for informational and entertainment purposes only.

We are an analytics platform. We do not offer gambling, betting, or wagering services, and nothing in the app is gambling or wagering advice. Any predictions, scores, or line movement data are analytical outputs, not recommendations to place a wager.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access another user’s data or disrupt the service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Recurring subscriptions (such as NoHunch Premium) renew automatically until you cancel. One-time products (such as a VIP daily pick or a season pass) are single purchases and do not renew.

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Fees and pricing are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice.

4. Community Board

Our community board lets members post their own picks and analysis, vote, and discuss. You are responsible for what you post and agree to keep content lawful and respectful.

• •No spam, harassment, or solicitation of gambling or wagering services.
• •No sharing another person’s personal or account information.
• •We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these rules, and repeat violations may result in loss of community access.
• •You can report posts and block other members from within the app.

5. Discord Integration

Premium members may link their Discord account to join our member server and receive a VIP role. Linking uses Discord OAuth and associates your Discord identity with your NoHunch account for role management only.

Membership status (active, expired, or cancelled) may automatically grant or remove your Discord role. You can disconnect at any time, which removes the role association.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Analytics, scores, and model outputs are owned by NoHunch or its licensors. Member-posted community content remains owned by the member, who grants us a license to display it within the app. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute our analytical content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Sports data, odds, and model outputs may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete, and past performance does not guarantee future results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will note the updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
